Led by me Christina Lord and Lauren McWilliams, this Community is much more than a networking event… we're all about collaboration over competition, supporting each other to take inspired action. Think of us as your collaborative cheerleaders & empowering action-takers to support you to play in your zone of brilliance! Join Us & Rise!You will be guided through a breathing pattern to carefully curated music, enabling you to dive deep into your body and clear out stagnant energy, limiting beliefs and release emotional blockages or old patterns within.
